1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Voyzel Inc. By using the Services, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you represent that you are at least 18 and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Voyzel is an AI-powered travel intelligence platform that generates personalized destination briefs, including destination overviews, neighborhood recommendations, budget estimates, and trip-fit reasoning. Briefs are informational planning tools, not professional travel, financial, safety, visa, or legal advice.
3. Account Registration
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain control of your account and password.
- Notify us of unauthorized use.
- Avoid creating duplicate accounts or accounts for others without permission.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Voyzel offers three plans:
| Plan | Price | Briefs/month | Share links | Generation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Compass | Free | 5 | 24 hours | Standard |
| Passage | $12 / month | 30 | 14 days | Priority |
| Concierge | $19 / month | 60 | 30 days | Fastest |
Brief allowances reset monthly. Unused briefs do not roll over. Share links expire based on the plan active when the link is generated. Upgrading applies to new links and does not extend previously generated links.
5. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation. Prices are in USD and may exclude taxes. If payment fails, your account may be downgraded to Compass until payment is resolved.
6. Refund Policy
Annual subscriptions, if offered in the future, may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days or a pro-rated refund after 14 days for complete unused months. Exceptional refunds may be issued at Voyzel's sole discretion for billing errors, duplicate charges, or significant outages.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Services unlawfully or abusively.
- Do not scrape, automate, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass platform protections.
- Do not resell or commercially redistribute Voyzel-generated content without written permission.
- Do not misrepresent AI-generated briefs as independently researched human-authored work without appropriate disclosure.
8. Intellectual Property
The Voyzel platform, brand, software, design, and related materials are owned by Voyzel Inc. Destination briefs generated from your inputs are provided for personal or professional travel planning use and may be shared through Voyzel's built-in sharing features.
9. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Services
Destination briefs may include affiliate links to third-party travel providers. If you book through those links, Voyzel may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Third-party bookings are direct agreements between you and the provider.
10. Service Availability, Disclaimers, and Liability
The Services are provided as is and as available. Voyzel does not guarantee uninterrupted access, brief accuracy, pricing, availability, safety conditions, visa eligibility, or travel outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyzel's liability is limited to the greater of amounts paid in the prior 12 months or $100 USD.
11. Termination and Disputes
You may terminate your account anytime. Voyzel may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, abuse, or risk to the platform. These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Before formal proceedings, contact legal@voyzel.com so both parties can attempt informal resolution.
